Refunds and cancellation

Cancel within 14 days
Email sizar.arkan@gmail.com within 14 days after buying a pack. We offer a full refund during this period, even if you have tried a generation. There is no need to give a reason or waive your withdrawal rights.
After 14 days
You may request a proportional refund for unused credits. For example, five unused credits from a €5 pack of ten have a refund value of €2.50. Your rights when a service is faulty or not delivered are unaffected.
How refunds work
Include your account email and purchase reference, not card details or your CV. We refund to the original payment method without an additional refund fee from ApplyPilot, within 14 days after receiving a valid cancellation request. Your bank may take additional processing time. Associated credits are removed or adjusted; refunds never trigger another card charge.

For a failed AI generation, check your credit balance first: its credit is returned automatically. Contact support if you believe a credit or payment is missing.
