What you buy
ApplyPilot helps you adapt your own CV to a job listing. One credit pays for one AI review, up to two successful small wording revisions, and an editable CV draft you can download. A different job needs a new credit. Manual editing and downloads cost no extra credits. We accept PDF, DOCX and TXT input; you can download TXT or a newly formatted PDF in one of our templates. We do not preserve or edit the original uploaded layout, and we do not export DOCX. Check the preview and every page before applying. Standard PDF downloads support Latin text. Other scripts use your browser’s Print / Save as PDF function; check its page preview. Text download is also available. AI translation supports shorter CVs and retains your original source. Review all translated details before applying.
Prices and payment
One-time packs: €2 for 2 credits, €5 for 10, or €12 for 30. These are the total pack prices charged by ApplyPilot. There is no subscription, auto-renewal or free trial. Stripe processes payment in euros; your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. Credits do not expire automatically.
Sign in before buying. Credits are added only after Stripe confirms payment. Confirmation can take longer for delayed payment methods. Returning to the website does not itself confirm payment. Check My account before paying again.
Using your credits
Generating a review uses one credit. Failed generation returns its credit automatically. A disconnected page may still have a completed review—check saved reviews before starting again. Temporary rate limits and maintenance can delay service. If we cannot deliver your purchase, contact us for a refund or another remedy.
Check your draft
AI can make mistakes. Verify every suggestion, date, qualification and claim. You decide which edits to keep. We do not apply to employers, verify qualifications, make hiring decisions or guarantee interviews, employment or an ATS score. You keep ownership of your CV and must have permission to submit the text you provide. Do not upload identity documents, payment-card information or sensitive information that is unnecessary for a job application.
Refunds and consumer rights
You can cancel a pack within 14 days and receive a full refund, even if you have tried a generation. After that, unused credits can be refunded proportionally. Faulty or undelivered services remain subject to your mandatory rights. See refunds and cancellation for how to request this.
Refunds reduce the purchased credits proportionally; small fractions are rounded down. Disputed payments can place the associated credits on hold. A won dispute restores unrefunded credits. If previously used credits exceed the remaining entitlement, further generation may pause for support review. A negative credit balance never authorizes another card charge.
Help and complaints
Email sizar.arkan@gmail.com with your purchase reference. Do not include card numbers or your full CV. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may seek guidance from Forbrukerrådet. Save a copy of these terms and your purchase confirmation for your records.
